chicken wings in white sauce recipe


Ingredients:

16 - 30 pcs wings (washed and cut in serving pcs)
1 pc small onion ( small size cut in small pcs)

2 cloves garlic ( minced)

1 pc medium bell pepper ( slice diagonal)

2 medium potatoes

1 medium carrots

1 small can pineapple chunks

2 spoon mayonnaise

2 spoon vegetable oil

salt and black pepper to taste

Direction:

1. Heat pot in medium fire, put oil.

2. Saut garlic and onions

3. Put chicken and mix util light brown. Bring to boil. add salt and pepper

4. Put pineapple and juice mixture into chicken. Simmer for 5 minutes.

5. Add 2 tblspoon mayonnaise

6. Simmer for 1 minute until white juice and oil comes out. Add salt if needed.

7. Add carrots and potatoes on top of the meat. bring to boil and make sure potatoes and carrots are not so soft.

8. Garnesh with bell pepper. Serve while Hot
