Baked Crispy Pork


Ingredients:

2 lbs pork ( Thick Boneless or Bone-in Pork chop)

2 pcs eggs

1 pkg Zatarains ( Bake $ Crisp)breadcrumbs

1 spoon oil



Directions:


1. Moisten 2 lbs. of pork with lightly beaten eggs, shake off excess.

2. Empty coating package onto plate. Coat meat on all sides by pressing firmly into mixture.

3. Place coated pork on oiled baking pan and spray lightly with more oil.

Bake at 425*F for 20 minutes. Do not turn.

Zatarain's Bake and Crisp has been preseasoned, do not add salt and pepper

Baked Crispy Chicken


Ingredients:

2 lbs chicken

2 pcs lightly beaten eggs

1 pkg Zatarains ( Bake and Crisp) bread crumbs




Directions:

1. Moisten 2 lbs. of chicken with lightly beaten eggs, shake off excess.

2. Empty coating package onto plate. Coat meat on all sides by pressing firmly into mixture.

3. Bake at 425*F in oiled baking pan until cooked halfway through then turn over.

Bake until cooked through.

Cooking times:

=) Bone-in chicken - 40 minutes

=) Boneless chicken- 20 minutes
