Corned Beef Hash


INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

4 cloves garlic, chopped

1 onion, chopped in small pcs

1 large potato, chopped in small pcs

1 (12 ounce) can corned beef

salt and pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS:

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, and cook until fragrant. Stir in potatoes, and cook for 7 to 10 minutes until potatoes are softened. Add corned beef and flake into pieces. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
